We dealt with this lady, Madhuri Sunkara at HK travels, quite recently and we have had a pathetic experience to say the least! You must be fortunate to get immediate response to calls>
I also expect a lil bit of respect in dealing with customers which is lacking here> The madam in question needs to learn that YOU CANNOT BE A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT BY BEING SARCASTIC>
